Day 1 : Arrival at Madurai
Meet our representative at Madurai Airport and proceed to your hotel. Madurai is the oldest city in Tamil Nadu, situated on the banks of the Vaigai River. This gorgeous city is an industrial and educational hub which boasts magnificent temples, shrines and superb cultural institutions. Later, you’ll visit the 6th century Sri Meenakshi Amman Temple. Afterwards, you’ll return back to your hotel by evening. Overnight stay in Madurai.
Day 2 : Madurai – Rameshwaram (170 Kms / 04 Hrs approx.)
After taking breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Rameshwaram, one of the holiest places in India. This charming town is set on Pamban Island in the Gulf of Mannar at the tip of the Indian peninsula. On arrival, you’ll check-in at a hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure; perhaps you could take time to admire the region’s abundant natural beauty.Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.
Day 3 : Rameshwaram – Kanyakumari (300 Kms / 06 Hrs approx.)
Prepare to wake early and get ready to visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple, a renowned Hindu temple dedicated to god Shiva which features two impressive lingams inside the sanctum. Return back to your hotel and opt for a packed breakfast. Later, check-out from the hotel and drive to Kanyakumari, a gorgeous coastal town on India's southern tip. On arrival, you’ll check-in at the hotel. In the evening, you can stroll around the charming markets of Kanyakumari. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 4 : Kanyakumari
After taking breakfast, you will head to the Gandhi Memorial, a stunning pink coloured monument which was constructed in memory of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the nation. Afterwards, you’ll head to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial built in the honour of Swami Vivekananda and the Devikanya Temple which is one of the most significant Indian shrines. Here you’ll witness the alluring sunset from the southern tip of India. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.
Day 5 : Kanyakumari – Trivandrum ( 100 Kms / approx.. 2.5 Hrs ) – Departure
After breakfast, you’ll check out from your hotel and drive to Trivandrum airport where you will catch your flight back home.
