Day 01: Arrival | Drive to Kandy
As you land in Sri Lanka, our local representative will be waiting for you at the airport to extend a warm welcome and to take you to Kandy. Upon arrival in Kandy, immerse yourself in a city tour, explore gem shops, and experience the vibrant cultural show. End your day with a delightful dinner and a restful overnight stay at the hotel in Kandy.
Day 02: Kandy - Bentota
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and set off for a visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Buddha—an essential pilgrimage site for devotees worldwide. Later, hop on a drive to Bentota, a haven on Sri Lanka's southwest coast. Bentota Beach and Paradise Island promise a serene experience. Explore the coral-rich dive sites and the ancient Galapota Temple along the Bentota River. Visit the estate and gardens of architect Geoffrey Bawa and Lunuganga. Conclude with a delightful dinner on the beach and an overnight stay in Bentota.
Day 03: Bentota - Colombo
Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast and bask in the coastal allure of Bentota at leisure. Afterward, begin your journey to Colombo, a beautiful mix of East and West, past and present. As the commercial capital, Colombo offers diverse attractions like plenty of shopping opportunities, and a myriad of culinary experiences. Enjoy the day at leisure, revelling in the city's charm. Unwind in the evening with a delectable dinner and a restful overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 04: Colombo Sightseeing
Savour a hearty breakfast before embarking on a detailed city tour of Colombo. Immerse yourself in the rich culture as you visit a Buddhist Temple, traverse the vibrant Pettah district, and explore the Dutch and Hindu Temples. Witness the grandeur of the Town Hall, BMICH, and revel in the elegance of Cinnamon Gardens—a prime residential area. The tour encompasses the Nelum Pokuna and the towering Nelum Kuluna or Lotus Tower, South Asia's highest tower. Conclude the day with a sumptuous dinner and a peaceful overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 05: Departure
Relish your final breakfast in Sri Lanka and proceed to the airport for your departure.
