You’ll also get a chance to enjoy boat riding and explore an array of Uttarakhand’s paradisiac destinations, iconic landmarks and tourist attractions. During the Hills and Wildlife of Uttarakhand tour there are endless breath-taking vistas, plenty of sightseeing opportunities and lots of immersive experiences. Day 1: Arrival in Delhi & Drive to Nainital (290 kms / approx. 7 hours)
Upon arrival in Delhi, you’ll be greeted by one of our representatives and transferred to your accommodation in Nainital. Nainital is a hill station which offers wonderful diversity – from sightseeing and wildlife attractions to abundant natural beauty in the form of snow-capped hills and tranquil lakes. After arriving in this charming town, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to relax, browse the city’s authentic local markets or perhaps explore some restaurants and bars. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 2: Explore Nainital
After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a sightseeing tour which includes a visit to  the Tiffin top, a popular picnic spot and Land’s End, a cliff offering jaw-dropping views of lush valleys. Afterwards, you’ll trek for 6 kms or hire a pony to reach the incredible Naina Peak (aka Cheena Peak), the highest peak in Nainital offering fantastic scenery. In the evening, you’ll take a boat ride at Naini Lake amidst a gorgeous mountainous backdrop, or take a  stroll around the lakeside Mall Road which is home to a number of showrooms and department stores. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Nainital.

Day 3: Nainital – The Jim Corbett National Park (150 kms / approx. 4 hours)
After some breakfast, our representative will drive you to the Jim Corbett National Park which is one of India’s largest national parks, established to protect the endangered Bengal tiger. This sprawling park is home to rare and threatened wildlife, has beautiful sunsets and offers a range of adventurous activities, including jungle safaris, bird watching and elephant rides. Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation and spend rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at a wildlife resort in the Jim Corbett National Park.

Day 4: Jungle safari in the Jim Corbett National Park
Early morning, you’ll visit the Jim Corbett National Park for an exciting early morning and afternoon game drive. This national park is spread over 521 sq. kms, and is home to around 50 mammal and 25 reptile species, including the Himalayan black bear, wild boars, mugger crocodiles, sloth bears, monitor lizards and more. The park is also a bird watchers’ paradise with more than 500 bird species, including herons and great Indian hornbills. Later you’ll return to your accommodation and spend the rest of day at leisure. Overnight stay at a wildlife resort in the Jim Corbett National Park.

Day 5: The Jim Corbett National Park - Mussoorie (280 kms / approx. 7 hours)After breakfast, check-out from your accommodation and drive to the eclectic town of Mussoorie, aka ‘The Queen of Hills’. This fascinating hill station boasts several pine-covered hills, sparkling waterfalls, colonial churches and ancient temples. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel. The rest of the day will be at your leisure, so you can discover the town and soak up its cultural atmosphere or relax at your hotel and take advantage of the facilities. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Day 6: The Sightseeing Tour of Mussoorie
After breakfast, start your full day sightseeing tour at the incredible Gun Hill, one of Mussoorie’s highest peaks. Later, you’ll visit the George Everest House which offers panoramic views of the magnificent Doon Valley and Himalayan Mountains. In the evening, you’ll take a stroll around the Mall Road, a famous promenade which is home to various shops and restaurants. Finally you’ll step inside the 100-year old Central Methodist church, which features a stunning façade. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Day 7: Mussoorie – Delhi (290 kms / approx. 7 hours)
After breakfast, you’ll check out from your hotel and our representative will transfer you to Delhi airport where you will catch your flight back home, with some wonderful memories from your trip.
