Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Vote for Your Dream Holiday and Win a ₹2,000 Amazon Voucher” competition organised by Brightsun Travel. This competition is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above only. Employees of Brightsun Travel, its subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing or media agencies, prize partners, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to participate.

The promoter of this competition is Brightsun Travel, with offices at Unit no 101, First Floor, Tower-A, Unitech World – Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122003, India. All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the competition, including eligibility and winner selection, shall be final and binding.

The competition opens at 12:00 AM IST on 10 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM IST on 10 April 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The winners will be publicly announced on 28 April 2026.

To enter, participants must visit Brightsun.co.in/win and complete the online voting registration form by submitting their full name, email address, mobile number, and city of residence, and by selecting their dream holiday destination from the featured options provided on the competition page. Participants must agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before submitting their vote. Once the vote is submitted successfully, the participant will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary to participate in this competition; however, an internet connection is required.

Three winners will each receive one Amazon voucher worth ₹2,000. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Winners will be selected at random through a computerized draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The selected winners will be contacted within seven days of the draw via email or phone.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

The winners’ names may be announced on Brightsun India’s social media platforms and may also be featured on the Brightsun website and in marketing communications.

Participants may receive an additional entry into the prize draw by following Brightsun India on Instagram during the competition period. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that this condition has been met before awarding any additional entry.

By opting in to receive exclusive travel deals and offers, participants agree to receive promotional emails, newsletters, and travel-related communication from Brightsun India. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. All personal data submitted is provided voluntarily and will be processed in accordance with Brightsun’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. One email may be sent to all entrants informing them of the competition results.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct. In the event that a winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternative entrant.

By entering this competition, participants release the Promoter and any associated partners from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

By entering the competition, participants agree to take part in reasonable publicity if required. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the publication of their name and, if requested, a photograph on Brightsun’s website and social media platforms for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise that make this unavoidable or if required by law. This competition and any disputes arising in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India. This competition is valid for Indian residents only and is void where prohibited by law.
